What to expect at your initial appointment

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete the new patient intake paperwork. You may also access, and complete the intake form prior to arrival by clicking here. This information will be vital during the consultation, and subsequent examination in helping to determine a proper diagnoses. Accuracy of this information will also help tailor the recommended treatment plan for you. In cases of acute injury or trauma, x-rays may be recommended if the doctor deems it necessary. For the initial appointment, it is advised that you provide yourself a one hour time frame to include the consultation, examination, and initial treatment. Follow-up visits will focus only on treatment. For redemption of promotional offers, please provide your specific deal/promotion at your initial appointment along with the intake paperwork.

PPO insurance plans with chiropractic benefits are accepted and we are in-network with Blue Cross/Blue Shield. So what does this mean for you? Depending on your specific insurance plan, you may incur little or no out-of-pocket expenses for the care you receive if you utilize your insurance coverage. If you have a high deductible, or have yet to meet your deductible, then you may default to the cash rates provided for better value.  For verification of your insurance benefits, please provide a photo copy of your health insurance card and date of birth to info@socal-chiropractic.com.

  • Initial Exam + Treatment:                                        $60.00
  • Follow-up Single Visits:                                           $45.00
  • 4 Visit Monthly Plan (including initial exam):   $160.00 ($40/visit)*
  • 8 Visit Yearly Plan (including initial exam):      $280.00 ($35/visit)*

* Plans are designed for routine maintenance care and do no roll over to the following month or year.

Depending on the acute or chronic nature of your discomfort, treatment sessions may include a combination of full spine adjustments, manual muscle work, stretching, and physiotherapy.
